Champions League - our first game

The Champions League has finally arrived at the Etihad Stadium and we start with what will be a very enjoyable game. We start our campaign against Napoli in the prestigious competition and no doubt fans, players and manager will be hoping for a home win.

For manager Mancini, it is not only special because of Manchester City's UCL debut, but because his biggest critic - his father, will be in the stands for the first time tonight.

Mancini said before the game "It's an exciting day for the club because to play in the Champions League after many years is a very important and special day, Napoli are a good team and did very well in the Italian championship"
