Late Aguero winner secures historic league title

Two dramatic goals from Edin Dzeko & Sergio Aguero in injury time secured the most spectacular come-back in the final few moments of the 2011/2012 Premier League season as City were crowned Champions. The finish was reminiscent of the play-off final in 1999 against Gillingham with City coming back from a 2-1 deficit to beat QPR 3-2. The victory ended a 44 year wait with the 44^th Manchester City shot on target being the winner in the 95^th minute before the mayhem erupted in and around the Etihad Stadium.
